Jena Acos and Josh Rabinowitz Listed Among PCBT’s 2021 “Who’s Who in Professional Services”
Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Jena Acos and Josh Rabinowitz, shareholders in its Santa Barbara office, have been recognized by the Pacific Coast Business Times in its 2021 “Who’s Who in Professional Services” section. The annual report recognizes leading professionals in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
Acos’ practice thrives at the intersection of water and public agency law. She advises clients on SGMA and the development of groundwater management plans. Along with institutional government entities, Acos works with various water rights holders on both small-scale and larger projects. She also serves as a contract city attorney for the City of Carpinteria, where she works closely with city staff to draft, review and enforce contracts and ordinances as well as navigate critical jurisdictional issues.
A leading southern California real estate and business attorney, Rabinowitz has more than 25 years of experience handling complex transactions. His practice focuses on all aspects of real property matters from leases and purchase and sale agreements to easements and boundary issues. Representing several of the region’s leading shopping centers and large property owners, he handles both commercial and high-end residential transactions. He also counsels emerging and established companies through all phases of their business—entity formation, financing, planning, negotiating and drafting contracts and mergers and acquisitions.
Acos and Rabinowitz were featured in PCBT’s Oct. 22-28 issue.
