Background
Leading southern California real estate and business attorney. Thirty years of experience handling complex transactions. Trusted confidant and solutions oriented.
There are few real estate and business attorneys with the depth of knowledge, experience and solutions-oriented approach Josh Rabinowitz possesses. That’s why companies, family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals seek out his counsel to handle their most intricate real estate and business issues. Josh’s practice focuses on all aspects of real estate property matters from leases and purchase and sale agreements to easements, boundary issues and construction. Representing several of the region’s leading shopping centers and large property owners, Josh handles both commercial and high-end residential transactions, and intimately understands the critical elements to draw upon to ensure transactions are as seamless as possible and accomplish the client’s goals.
Josh’s work counseling emerging and established companies includes guiding clients through all phases of their business—entity formation, financing, planning, negotiating and drafting contracts and mergers and acquisitions. While a client may come to him with a specific issue, Josh frequently provides more than legal counsel. He is a trusted counselor clients rely upon to identify and analyze creative solutions, provide candid feedback and build a cohesive team of experts. This trait makes him an asset to the ultra-high net worth individuals and companies he counsels on legal, business and family planning matters.
