Working primarily in the consumer products, health care and energy services industries, he represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, private companies and public companies in connection with complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, joint ventures, minority equity investments, equity incentive arrangements and general corporate matters, including entity formation, intellectual property and labor and employment.
