Russell joined the firm from the Denver office of a national law firm, where he practiced employment law and commercial litigation. His experience includes drafting memos, briefs, motions, pleadings and position statements and assisting with discovery requests and production. He also has experience with informal negotiations, mediation and arbitration as well as jury trials. Previously, he was a law clerk for a local firm specializing in business litigation and interned for the Colorado State Personnel Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
