Walther, Eric D.

A gifted legal writer with sharp sensibilities in the courtroom, Eric Walther’s practice includes complex commercial litigation and appellate law. His focus primarily includes representing clients in disputes involving breach of contract, corporate governance and real property.

Along with practicing in state and federal district courts, Eric regularly represents clients as lead attorney before Nevada’s appellate courts as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has been sought out by other prominent law firms to consult on appellate matters and he regularly writes on the topic. Prior to joining Brownstein, Eric worked as an associate at two Las Vegas litigation firms and clerked for Justice Mark Gibbons of the Supreme Court of Nevada. While in law school, he was the editor-in-chief of the UNLV Gaming Law Journal and received seven CALI Awards.
