Background
Jessica Allison focuses her practice on construction, specifically representing property owners, general contractors and developers on a variety of matters from project inception to close-out and final payment.
Before joining Brownstein, Jessica worked as a litigation associate at a Colorado-based law firm, where she represented subcontractors and material suppliers in litigating nonpayment claims and defending against construction defect claims. Jessica also has prior experience as a term law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, where she worked with Senior District Judge Richard P. Matsch and, upon his passing, Senior District Judge John L. Kane.
While in law school, Jessica served as casenote and comment editor of the University of Colorado Law Review and as president of the American Civil Liberties Union. Jessica is also an enrolled citizen of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma.
