Greg Sileo is an innovative strategist with over 15 years of experience in government relations, policy and municipal public sector leadership. He has worked on some of the most critical issues facing local and state governments—including poverty, housing and public health—and excelled in fostering partnerships with government leaders, public agencies and nonprofits in Maryland and nationwide.
Greg leverages his connectivity to executive branch leaders nationwide to help clients engage effectively with mayors, governors and their agency leadership. He enables companies across sectors to build durable relationships with key decision makers and navigate complex policy environments, emphasizing strategic messaging, advocacy and proactive engagement that drives results.
Prior to joining Brownstein, Greg served as vice president for strategic gat Volo Sports, the country’s largest adult social sports company, leading local government relations and strategic partnerships across existing and emerging markets. His public sector experience includes serving as assistant commissioner under Baltimore Health Commissioner Dr. Leana, director of program management at the Maryland Department of Human Services, and in several policy and programming roles within the Baltimore City Mayor’s Office.
Active in civic engagement, Greg has served on several nonprofit boards, led his neighborhood association and provided strategic advisory to political campaigns.
