Ryan J. Tseng

Ryan Tseng’s practice focuses on complex litigation matters. He has experiencing drafting independent contractor agreements, preparing MSHA mine-safety disclosure summaries to provide guidance regarding current SEC disclosure requirements and has researched best processes for conducting internal investigations.

Most recently, Ryan was a summer associate for the firm in 2023. He was an in-house counsel intern for Summit Materials, a vertically integrated construction materials company, and also worked as a business manager for a startup where he developed operating procedures for onboarding, training, safety, operations and financial record keeping. While in law school, Ryan served in the Civil Litigation Clinic at DU Law and as the Business and Outreach Editor of the Denver Law Review.
