Brownstein Welcomes Michael S. Alires as Of Counsel in its Real Estate Department

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Michael S. Alires has joined the firm’s Real Estate Department as of counsel in its Las Vegas office.  

Alires assists clients in real estate matters, working with real estate developers in acquiring property for development, establishing homeowner associations and reciprocal agreements for new and existing residential and commercial projects. He has significant experience in counseling homebuilder clients with common-interest community compliance under NRS Chapter 116 and helps navigate commercial lease review, real estate acquisitions and dispositions and other real estate negotiations. From the drafting of purchase agreements, review of title and the formation of community associations to preparation of easements and other land-based documents Alires’ experience covers the life span of development projects.

His work with clients through all stage of commercial and residential real estate projects will be a great addition as we continue to work on high-profile projects impacting economic development throughout Nevada,” said Nicole Ament, chair of Brownstein’s Real Estate Department. 

Alires received his law degree from University of Nevada, Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law and a master’s and bachelor’s degree from Lincoln Christian University.
