Evan Leitch handles complex private and public mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and private equity transactions. He advises clients across a range of industries on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, divestitures, reorganizations, private equity, growth equity and venture capital investments, formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, securities offerings and shareholder activism and defense.

Evan provides strategic and corporate governance counsel to clients and advises on SEC reporting. He also has extensive experience representing institutional investors in connection with stakes in public companies, including beneficial ownership reporting, Section 16, resales of restricted securities, insider trading and other regulatory matters.

Before joining Brownstein, Evan practiced at law firms in Denver, New York and London.
