Barbara Mica

Barb Mica leads all administrative and operational functions of the firm including administration, business development/marketing, communications, human resources, information technology, professional development and recruiting. With a background in law firm leadership and deep industry expertise, Barb works directly with the firm’s managing partner and executive committee to oversee operational and administrative processes.

Prior to joining the firm, Barb served as Munger, Tolles Olson’s COO, overseeing operations across three offices. Holding the most senior non-attorney position in the firm, she had experience leading and directing day-to-day operations and major initiatives in collaboration with the firm’s co-managing partners. Before joining Munger Tolles, Barb served for 11 years as the COO of Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie, where she was responsible for strategic and operational direction. Prior to that, she served as vice president-finance for Enterprise Management Associates, and held senior leadership roles with Arthur Andersen.
