Jessica Mullinix brings diverse experience and an adaptable approach to her business and real estate practice. Her practice centers on real property (sales and acquisitions, financing, development, construction, leasing and easements) and business contracts (sales and acquisitions, formation and governing documents and NDAs).
Jessica counsels stakeholders in a variety of industries, including residential and commercial real property investment, development and management, health care, consulting and banking. She also has experience counseling affordable housing developers as well as navigating public agencies, adding to her reputation as a consensus builder capable of untangling thorny legal issues. Clients benefit from her , work ethic and legal acumen.
Prior to joining Brownstein, Jessica spent over five years as an attorney at a Santa Barbara-based firm representing sellers and lenders in high-dollar value transactions. She is board secretary of the Northside Optimist Club of Santa Babrara and previously served on the board of the Santa Barbara Barristers.
