Sean Bahoshy’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial properties. Most recently, his focus has been on hospitality, multi-family and senior housing transactions, including debt and equity structuring.  

Sean also has extensive experience representing borrowers and lenders in connection with real estate financing transactions, including fixed and floating rate loans, permanent loans, construction loans, mezzanine loans and loans intended for secondary market transactions. He regularly works with private equity and institutional lenders and with borrowers on loans secured by a wide variety of commercial property types.

Representative Matters

  • Represented Vail Resorts in connection with the disposition and subsequent management of the Inn at Keystone, located in Summit County, Colorado.
  • Counsel to SC Venture Acquisition LLC in connection with the acquisition and financing of eight newly developed single-tenant distribution facilities with an aggregate asset value in excess of $600 million.
  • Brownstein represented Zions Suites LP in its sale of the 241-room all-suite DoubleTree Suites Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City.
  • Represented CIM Group in joint venture transaction with Denihan Hospitality Group to develop a new James Hotel in West Hollywood, in Los Angeles.
  • Ongoing representation of a real estate investment firm that focuses on the multifamily sector in numerous acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings for properties located in various states
