Flansburg III, Frank M.

Combining strong Nevada roots with a boutique litigation practice, Frank Flansburg is a trial lawyer representing global companies, small businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals in and out of court.

When it comes to achieving favorable outcomes for clients, Frank recognizes the value of negotiating outside the courtroom but also knows how to navigate complex litigation. He has crafted a practice based on experience including guarantors’ anti-deficiency defenses, contractual interpretation and formation, mechanics liens, business torts, partnership duties, real property disputes, duties of design professionals and business fraud.

Frank comes to Brownstein after co-founding his own firm, Schwartz Flansburg. Prior to that, he was a shareholder at Marquis Aurbach Coffing and law clerk to the Honorable Mark Gibbons.
