Brownstein Names Frank M. Flansburg III Chair of Litigation Department

January 06, 2022

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Frank Flansburg, a shareholder in the firm’s Las Vegas office, has been named chair of Brownstein’s Litigation Department. Flansburg’s appointment is effective as of Jan. 1.

A Nevada trial lawyer with a track record of success, Flansburg handles complex business disputes in court and in arbitration. He is committed to ensuring his clients achieve favorable outcomes that achieve their legal and business goals. Flansburg handles an array of disputes from guarantors’ anti-deficiency defenses and contractual formation to business torts and real property disputes. In his two decades of handling commercial litigation matters, there are few Flansburg has not encountered. He combines this vast knowledge with a commitment to being in the forefront on the latest litigation trends, resulting in optimal outcomes for his clients.

“Frank not only has the technical expertise that clients rely upon to navigate challenging situations but he also has strong leadership, mentoring and team-building skills that will continue to benefit our Litigation Department as well as the broader firm,” said Rich Benenson, Brownstein’s managing partner. “We’re thrilled to welcome him into this new role and look forward to seeing him succeed.”

Flansburg joined the firm in 2018 after Brownstein combined with Schwartz Flansburg, a litigation and bankruptcy firm that Flansburg co-founded.
