He not only knows the law but has also played a substantial role in shaping, and frequently drafting, Nevada corporate and LLC law and policy in recent years, through his work as vice chair of the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada. Albert draws on this insight as well as his extensive corporate law experience to provide guidance to clients on the distinctive aspects of Nevada’s corporate and business laws as they arise in transactions and litigation.

A trusted resource on business law and ethics and corporate governance, Albert previously served as a teaching assistant professor in the Business Ethics & Legal Studies department of the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
