Kayla D. Dreyer focuses her commercial litigation practice on trade secrets, employee restrictive covenants and intellectual property disputes, as well as traditional employment issues involving alleged discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations and retaliation. With a truly nationwide practice, Kayla regularly litigates, arbitrates and represents clients throughout the United States and has deep ties throughout her home state of Texas, as well as New Mexico where she completed a federal judicial clerkship.
Kayla also provides the full suite of employment counseling and advice services for all manner of employers, and regularly negotiates employment, non-competition, non-disclosure, non-solicitation and severance agreements relating to executives, medical and legal professionals, and other high-wage earners in transition. Kayla rounds out her practice by providing customized employment services to home offices and private individuals and families.
Kayla is an active member of the legal community and the Colorado Bar Association, serving as chair of its Litigation Section Council and as a member of its Board of Governors and Legislative Policy Committee.
