Kayla Dreyer combines her background as a sophisticated litigator with her work on traditional employment matters and as trusted corporate counsel. Kayla is a versatile and extensively-trained litigator representing clients in cases and arbitrations throughout the country. Her commercial litigation practice encompasses trade secrets, employee restrictive covenants and intellectual property disputes, as well as traditional employment issues involving alleged discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations and retaliation. Kayla has significant experience counseling companies on trade secrets, employee restrictive covenants, alleged discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations and retaliation.

Kayla provides a full suite of employment counseling and advice services for all manner of employers and regularly negotiates employment, non-competition, non-disclosure, non-solicitation and severance agreements relating to executives, medical and legal professionals, and other high-wage earners in transition. She also assists with due diligence support in corporate acquisition and merger transactions. Kayla rounds out her practice by providing customized employment services to nonprofits, family office and private individuals and families.

With a truly nationwide practice, Kayla regularly litigates, arbitrates and represents clients throughout the United States and has deep ties throughout her home state of Texas, as well as New Mexico where she completed a federal judicial clerkship.
