Kayla Dreyer commented on Colorado's new noncompete law

Kayla Dreyer commented on Colorado's new noncompete law for the Denver Business Journal.

"Several attorneys specializing in trade secrets said they haven’t seen any civil lawsuits — which are permitted under HB 1317 — filed since the Aug. 9 enactment of the legislation, saying it’s likely too early for any workers to have documented harmful abuses of the law. But Kayla Dreyer, a Denver-based shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP, said she expects there to be “a flood” of litigation in the coming years because of some of the ambiguity in the new statute."
