Carolynne White Named One of Law Week’s Top Women Lawyers

May 14, 2018

Law Week Colorado has named Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck's Carolynne White as one of its 2018 Top Women Lawyer honorees. Once a year, Law Week’s Top Women Lawyers recognizes Colorado’s leading female attorneys in their respective areas of practice.

Carolynne, department co-chair of Brownstein’s Real Estate Department, is an experienced land use and public policy attorney with cutting-edge expertise. Her specialty is managing complex projects while navigating multiple regulatory environments for optimal outcomes for clients. Her strong local and state relationships with elected officials and staff statewide ensure that clients always have the best information and the best opportunity to be heard.

Law Week noted Carolynne’s breadth of projects across the Denver metro area and highlights her role as lead counsel to the Colorado Rockies, who are planning a mixed-use development where Coors Field’s west parking lot currently sits. The article also mentions Carolynne’s impact with urban renewal projects, specifically her successful work with the town of Delta.

Passionate about advancing economic development and growth around the state in both her client work and in her personal time, Carolynne serves on the boards of directors for Downtown Colorado, Inc., the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities and the Metro North Chamber of Commerce. She is also an active mentor with the NAIOP mentor program.

“The positive impact of Carolynne’s client work and community involvement can be seen in virtually every major project in the continued development of Denver and the Front Range, the success of numerous community and nonprofit organizations and the growth and development of her fellow attorneys,” said Adam Agron, Brownstein’s managing partner.
