Diane De Felice Joins Board of Directors of Huntington’s Disease Society of America

November 19, 2021

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Diane De Felice, a shareholder in its Los Angeles office, has joined the board of directors of Huntington’s Disease Society of America (HDSA)’s Los Angeles Chapter, an organization whose mission is to improve the lives of everyone affected by Huntington’s disease and their families. HDSA is the world’s leader in providing help and hope for those impacted by Huntington’s disease through community service, education, advocacy and research.

As part of her role, De Felice will assist the organization with fundraising and raising awareness of Huntington’s disease. She says her involvement with the organization is personal.

“Both my aunt and uncle passed away from this rare disease,” she said. “It is a fatal genetic disorder causing a progressive breakdown of nerve cells in the brain. I’ve seen firsthand how devastating it can be to families, and I look forward to helping HDSA in its crucial mission.”
