September 30, 2022

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Abby Dvorkin, of counsel in its Denver office, has been appointed to serve on the Colorado Passenger Tramway Safety Board. The seven-member board, appointed by Gov. Jared Polis, regulates aerial tramways, surface lifts, tows and conveyors for recreational purposes in Colorado. It also establishes design, operation and maintenance standards, reviews requests for variance from the rules and investigates accidents related to the operation of tramways.

“I look forward to serving as a public member of the Colorado Passenger Tramway Safety Board, working with a group of experienced industry professionals to promote the safe operation of Colorado’s tramways,” she said.
