Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Bill McGrath, a shareholder in its Washington, D.C., office, has joined the board of directors of Mountain States Legal Foundation, a nonprofit, public interest law firm whose mission is to defend the constitution, protect property rights and advance economic liberty.
McGrath will serve on the board for three years and help lead the organization’s strategic direction. Having spent his entire career focused on energy and environmental issues, McGrath looks forward to sharing his expertise to assist Mountain States Legal Foundation.
“I’m interested in the work the organization does to protect landowners in the West and preserve individual liberty,” he said.
