Nicole Ament Named Outstanding Women in Business Finalist by Denver Business Journal

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Nicole Ament, chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, was recognized by the Denver Business Journal as one of its 2020 Outstanding Women in Business finalists. This year’s awards focused on leading through change and recognized the extraordinary situations these executives, leaders and entrepreneurs are guiding their companies and communities through.

Ament has over 20 years of national experience working with complex real estate portfolios and large single assets, specializing in land use, development, financing and disposition unique to real estate portfolios with emphasis on resort and recreation work. She has managed portfolio transactions with as many as 276 properties in a single portfolio and in excess of $1.5 billion in assets in diverse industries including hotels, golf courses, ski areas, health care facilities, manufactured housing communities and athletic clubs. 

This year’s Outstanding Women in Business finalists were judged by an editorial panel on innovation, entrepreneurship, professional accomplishments and community leadership.
