Las Vegas Employees Run Walk Roll Against Bullying

November 21, 2018

Last month, a group of employees from Brownstein’s Las Vegas office, along with family and friends, participated in the Nevada PEP Run Walk Roll Against Bullying as part of National Bullying Prevention Month.

The Run Walk Roll is Nevada PEP’s primary annual fundraiser. The organization aims to increase the opportunities for home, community and school success for children with disabilities, including those who are at risk or who have serious emotional disturbances, their families and their service providers, through education, encouragement and empowerment activities. Shareholder Bryce Loveland serves as board chair for Nevada PEP.

In addition to participating in the event, Brownstein sponsored students, teachers, staff and parents from Halle Hewetson Elementary, the Las Vegas office’s adopted school, to be part of the event.

Throughout the year, Brownstein organizes Karma volunteer projects so employees and clients as well as their family and friends can give back to the communities in which they live and work. For the firm’s 50th anniversary, Brownstein plans to complete 50 Karma Projects in 2018.
